Paul Brown

	Paul Brown, 86, of DuQuoin, passed away Saturday, November 18, 2000 at St. Louis University Hospital.
	Mr. Brown had been a Car Inspector for the Illinois Central Railroad.  He was a member of First Christian Church of DuQuoin.
	He was born May 21, 1914 at Cutler, the son of Harvey and Agnes (Hardy) Brown.  He married Dorothy Louise Schneider on May 27, 1937 at DuQuoin and she preceded him in death on January 12, 1989.
	Surviving are one daughter, Paula Linze of Tamaroa; three granddaughters, Diane Morse of Dunbar, W.V., Debbi Busbey of Scheller and Donna Smith of Pinckneyville; one brother, Wallace Brown of Pontiac, Mich.; one sister, Margie Quillman of Steeleville and four great-grandchildren.
	He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, one son, one great-granddaughter, two brothers and a twin sister.
	Funeral services were Tuesday, November 21 at 10 a.m. at Neal-McClure Memorial Chapel with Rev. Chester Zimmer officiating.  Interment was in Sunset Memorial Park at DuQuoin.
	Friends called at Neal-McClure Funeral Home on Monday, November 20 from 5 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday from 7:30 a.m. until time of service.
